Some people like biographies, some like science fiction or romance novels. I like cookbooks and I’ve gathered quite the collection over the years. I love flicking through the pages of beautiful mouthwatering photos and discovering new flavour combinations. So, I thought I’d give you a sneak peek into my book shelf to show you some of my cooking inspiration.
